Disclaimer: almost all rulings require judgement by the director. Any given ruling situation could be changed by the actual presence of the director at the table. My answers, out of necessity will be answered with missing information, to wit, the other side, as well as my subjective impressions gained at the table. Even if I completely differ with the director who gave the actual ruling, it is always possible that in the actual situation, my ruling would be different than I outline here.
