Question about a knockout.....playing first hand of a knockout. Declarer realized when 5 tricks left he had 5 cards and dummy had 4 cards. He said i know we are suppose to deal over, and he did. He was already down 2 vulnerable. I realize the Director should be called but was not. The declarer was a director. What would be the proper decision if the director was involved.
